KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A motorcyclist has been hospitalized after being ejected from his motorcycle Friday afternoon in the Northland.
Officers with the Kansas City Police Department say the motorcyclist was traveling northbound on Northwest 82nd Street approaching North Hickory Avenue, just after 3:15 p.m., when he lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle.
While unclear as to what caused the driver to lose control, police say the bike slid on its side, throwing the rider into a raised curb where he hit his head and suffered critical injuries…
