KANSAS CITY, Mo. — FOX4 News obtained a letter that revealed the city of Kansas City, Missouri, is willing to pause the enforcement of its new alcohol ban – under one condition.
According to the letter, the city has agreed not to enforce the ordinance before Aug. 10 only if the petitioners agree not to seek a temporary restraining order.
