KANSAS CITY, Kan. (WIBW) – A woman sustained serious injuries in a rear-end crash Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 70 in Wyandotte County, officials said.
The collision was reported at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday on westbound I-70 near the Interstate 435 interchange.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2012 Ford Fusion rear-ended a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck as both vehicles were traveling west on I-70.
The driver of the Ford, Saige Marie Evans, 28, of Kansas City, Missouri, was transported to Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, with serious injuries. The patrol said Evans was wearing her seat belt…
