Drivers react to upcoming speed limit changes on rural interstates

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Governor Mike Kehoe signed a bill on Monday, July 13, that will increase the speed limit on rural interstates by five miles per hour, from 70 to 75 mph.

The changes will apply to all rural interstates outside the St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield and Columbia city limits.
