KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Several former students of the Kansas City Girls Academy have filed lawsuits, claiming they were traumatized and mistreated during their time at the school.
Kansas City Girls Academy, a boarding school for troubled teens, is part of the broader Adult & Teen Challenge USA organization, which uses a “faith-based focus to bring about life transformation.”
