KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A woman has been arrested in Merriam, Kansas, after appearing on Clay County’s ‘Top Ten Most Wanted’ list.
The Clay County Prosecutor said Charlotte Elliott was wanted for terrorist threat 1st degree.
