JOPLIN, Mo. (KOAM) — Prosecutors charged a Kansas City man with murder in a homicide investigation dating back to 2022.
On May 16th, 2022, Joplin police, fire, and M.E.T.S. Ambulance responded to the 500 block of Conner Avenue due to reports of gunshots.
