KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Mizzou fans packed the Power and Light District in Kansas City for the Border Showdown on Friday.
Morgan Hackney, a spokesperson for Mizzou’s alumni association, said having this rivalry back is exciting for both schools.
“It’s just something that gets fans on both sides so excited for their schools and for their sports. We’re so excited to see how pumped Mizzou fans are, and to have it be, you know, close to home,” said Hackney.
