SIOUX CITY, Iowa — A former actor who appeared on MTV’s “Wild ‘N Out” and in the movie “Role Models” was sentenced Wednesday to more than two years in federal prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Bobbe Thompson, 30, from Kansas City, Missouri, received the prison term after pleading guilty in April. Thompson also appeared on “30 Rock,” “That’s So Raven” and Tyler Perry’s “House of Payne,” and played Ronnie Shields in “Role Models.”
On Sept. 22, 2025, law enforcement spotted Thompson driving 104 mph in a 70-mph zone in Cerro Gordo County. When an officer pulled him over and got out of his car, he saw Thompson and his passenger switching seats. The officer also smelled marijuana coming from the car…
