KANSAS CITY, Mo. — FOX4 has obtained an affidavit that reveals new details about what led up to a deadly triple shooting in downtown Kansas City, Kansas.
Elgin Brown, 48, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder. He is being held in the Wyandotte County Jail on a $1 million bond.
Myisha Donaldson, 57, is charged with one count of obstruction of apprehension or prosecution. She’s being held in the Wyandotte County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
