KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The family of a man killed in a downtown Kansas City elevator shaft fall has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against three companies they believe to be responsible.
Jackson County Circuit Court records show the lawsuit was filed on Monday, April 27, following the 2023 death of Jose Rodolfo Garcia-Sanchez.
The suit names Kone Inc., General Elevator and Hydraulics Inc. and Midwest Elevator Co. Inc. as defendants in the case…
