INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – Police seized a truckload of suspected stolen goods from each of two area pawn shops on Thursday following a six-month investigation.
Independence Police served simultaneous search warrants on 23rd Street Pawn at 23rd Street and South Norton Ave. in Independence and Patriot Pawn just south of US-40 and MO-7 Highways in Blue Springs. The two locations are owned by the same company, according to police.
