Kansas City library closed due to water damage from storms

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City library is closed after recent storms caused water damage.

Mid-Continent Public Library (MCPL) said its North Oak Branch on North Oak Trafficway will remain closed until repairs are complete.

North Oak Branch patrons are encouraged to visit MCPL’s other 33 branches. All holds will be sent to the nearby Antioch Branch during this temporary closure…
