Kansas City man found guilty in PCP distribution scheme

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man was found guilty Thursday in a case involving extensive drug trafficking, court records say.

The U.S. Department of Justice says 47-year-old Russell L. Spencer Jr. was found guilty of one count of conspiracy to distribute more than one kilogram of phencyclidine (PCP).

Spencer Jr. and his co-conspirators were caught on phone calls that law enforcement intercepted arranging for the purchase and sale of PCP throughout May to September of 2023…
