PLATTE COUNTY, Mo. — An Excelsior Springs woman was sentenced to 16 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges connected to the sexual exploitation and trafficking of her minor daughter in a Platte County case that prosecutors say came to light after the child reported the abuse to a schoolteacher.
Rachelle Y. Frogge, 48, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree sexual trafficking of a child, two counts of enticement of a child, one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, and five counts of promoting child pornography.
Court documents state Frogge admitted she “permitted, encouraged, participated in photographing, and visually recording” her minor daughter “in sexual poses and various stages of undress for sexual purposes to appeal to another adult’s sexual interest,” and that she transmitted videos and images…
