UPDATE, 12:46 p.m. | The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department says officers were called to an apartment just before 7 a.m. on a check the welfare call.
The individuals had not been heard from, and family was concerned for their welfare.
As officers entered an apartment they located an adult female and adult male victim suffering from unknown trauma…
