A former Katy police officer has been charged with two felonies after he allegedly used the department’s Flock camera system for at least five months to track his ex-wife.
Sergio Rodriguez, a 42-year-old Richmond resident, was arrested May 4 by Fort Bend County sheriff’s deputies on charges of stalking and misuse of official information, both felonies. He was released later that week on a $30,000 bond and has pleaded not guilty.
