A Central Florida woman claimed a $1 million top prize from a scratch-off game. The Florida Lottery recently announced that Tatyana Ashe, of Apopka, claimed a $1 million top prize from the America 250 Florida scratch-off game.
The Orange County woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $606,600.
