A new BBQ spot is opening in Longwood on April 15, and it’s coming in with a clear point of view.
Holy City Zoo BBQ, located at 190 S. Ronald Reagan Blvd, is a 5,000 sq. ft. woman- and veteran-owned restaurant from Greg and Kristina Gaardbo, bringing over 15 years of barbecue experience from the Midwest into Central Florida.
Meats are smoked low and slow over cherry wood, using spice blends built for each cut.
Kristina Gaardbo, a Certified Cicerone, curates a mix of local craft and international beers designed to pair with the food, not just sit next to it.
