MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. (WMBB) – A Miramar Beach man was arrested on an out-of-county warrant for allegedly possessing child sexual abuse material, also known as CSAM.
21-year-old Joshua James Smith had an active felony warrant out of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office through the University of Central Florida Police Department.
