JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- It was almost 4am last Wednesday morning when Jacksboro Police Officer Therman Pearson was on routine patrol and noticed a stopped SUV near the police station. As Pearson approached the 2012 Chevrolet Traverse, he could see two people inside.
The man behind the wheel, Ryan Gentry, explained to the officer that the SUV had lost all power and would not start. Gentry’s passenger, Jennie Carre appeared nervous, and each showed signs of being “manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance”, according to Pearson.
Upon further investigation, the officer learned Gentry had multiple warrants for his arrest, and his driver’s license was revoked…
