BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. — A Maryville man has been arrested in connection with the hit-and-run death of Joyce Frey, who was riding her bicycle on Old Niles Ferry Road on June 25, according to the Blount County Sheriff’s Office.
BCSO said 86-year-old Harold E. McLemore is being charged with leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in a death, which is a Class E felony.
