KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Knoxville’s Stadium District could soon see some major development. A Pennsylvania-based development firm is proposing a 255 one- and two-unit apartment building on Patton Street, seconds away from Covenant Health Park.
Alpha Residential filed the proposal on May 22. The developer plans to break ground on the project in about six months if the Knoxville-Knox County Planning Design Review Board approves the proposal on July 15.
