Knoxville residents share vision for city’s future at planning session

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The City of Knoxville and the Knoxville-Knox County Planning are updating the comprehensive plan which helps make decisions on future land use, transportation, and investment priorities for the next 25 years.

The first two listening sessions, called “What’s Next Knoxville”, kicked off Sunday. Residents, including Tiara-Lady Wilson, wrote down what they love or what they think needs improved on a map or read about some of the city’s planning history.
