POWELL, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation has started resurfacing work on I-75. Crews are working on the portion just North of State Route 131 at Emory Road to just North of Racoon Valley Road.
While that work is just starting, drivers have already been dealing with months of construction on the interchange at Emory Road. TDOT crews are changing the current diamond interchange into a diverging diamond.
