SCOTT, La. (NEWS 15) — A gas grill fire spread to a home in Scott on Memorial Day, but was put out before any major damage was done, according to the Scott Fire Department.
Scott Fire Chief Chad Sonnier reported it happened on Harvest Point Circle, which is off LA 93, on Monday, May 25, around 10:30 a.m.
He said crews found that the flames from the fire had extended to the home, but the homeowner was able to put them out before firefighters arrived on scene…
