A Lafayette Parish teen has been arrested on a second-degree murder charge in connection with the fatal shooting of another teenager earlier this year, according to the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Keenan Charles, 17, was booked Tuesday into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center in connection with the death of Wykiel Provost.
