LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY)– A scam letter is circulating that claims you can cash in on a stranger’s life insurance policy.
Brielle Blanchard, CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Acadiana, said it looks like a law firm sent the letter.
“They’re looking for the next of kin for someone who passed away,” Blanchard said. “And that person had a policy that was worth millions.”…
