The Lafayette Parish School System remains one of Louisiana’s top-performing districts, according to the national 2025 Education Scorecard released Wednesday.
The national report highlights Lafayette Parish as a district outperforming expectations in both achievement and academic growth, particularly in reading and literacy recovery, according to a news release by Tracy Wirtz, the school system’s communications director.
