TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A video captured Saturday night showed the shocking moment a rider with the Tampa Bay Rodeo was run over by a horseback rider shortly after he landed a backflip.
The incident happened at the Tampa Bay Rodeo & Family Festival at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds in Dover during the Saturday night show.
