Food Safety Issues Prompt Action at Three Chester County Kitchens

WEST CHESTER, PA — Chester County health inspectors cited three food-service facilities for food safety and sanitation violations during inspections conducted May 29, including temperature-control failures, dishwasher sanitation issues, and expired food products that required immediate corrective action.

The violations were identified at Crosslands Retirement Community Food in Kennett Square, Route 100 Bar & Bites in Exton, and Stonewall Links in Elverson, according to inspection reports released by the Chester County Health Department.
