MUHLENBERG TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Debris from a devastating apartment fire in Berks County rekindled earlier on Saturday.
Callers from an adjoining complex called 911 after they spotted smoke coming from the rubble of the Oak Forest Apartments in Muhlenberg Township.
