Lancaster addiction recovery center’s future in jeopardy following zoning board ruling

LANCASTER, Pa. — The future of a recovery center in downtown Lancaster is uncertain after the city’s zoning hearing board denied the center’s appeal to keep operating in its current location.

The 3-0 ruling has put the future of the Blueprints for Addiction Recovery drop-in center in doubt after the city ruled it is a social services agency, which is prohibited in the district.
