State of emergency declared in Lancaster County after severe storm damage

Columbia Mayor Leo Lutz declared a state of emergency Thursday night after a severe storm damaged buildings and downed trees and power lines.

The state of emergency, and a 10 p.m. curfew, went into effect at 6 p.m.
