The shooting unfolded in the 1700 block of Muhlenberg Street around 6:18 a.m. on Sunday, April 12, when multiple callers reported people firing guns in the area, according to the Reading Police Department.
Responding officers found several spent shell casings scattered across the block, along with vehicles that had been struck by gunfire, police said.
