The collision happened at Wilson Avenue and Dartmouth Drive in Lancaster on Tuesday, April 14 at 4:06 p.m., when an e-bike rider was struck by a vehicle, according to the release.
The rider, a 30-year-old Lancaster City resident, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
