One person has been pronounced dead after being struck by a vehicle in Berks County after walking into traffic Friday evening, state police said.
According to a press release, the incident happened around 10:20 p.m. on I-78 in Tilden Township when a vehicle was traveling eastbound in the right lane of travel.
