LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police are asking the public for help identifying the rider of an e-bike who seriously injured a pedestrian without stopping to help.
The hit-and-run happened Saturday in the area of the West King Street and Marion Street crosswalk, according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.
