Former York County official used borough funds for cruise, spa and NYC hotel: police

A former Wrightsville Borough secretary was charged after using borough credit cards to pay for more than $135,500 in personal expenses, according to a police report.

Tammie Ranae Hoff, 53, of Dover, was charged with three counts each of theft, receiving stolen property and using an unauthorized access device, all felonies, during multiple incidents from 2021 through 2025.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, in 2025, the new road crew manager requested a credit card, and Hoff ordered it but never delivered it…
