YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman claimed a high school friend attacked her and tried running her over for not buying him alcohol at a West Manchester Township Rutter’s, according to an affidavit.
West Manchester Township police were called around 7:24 p.m. to the 4400 block of West Market Street, where a man and a woman were fighting, court documents show.
