YORK, Pa. — Lots of Love Daycare Center’s North Pershing Avenue location in York is set to close May 19 after a years-long legal battle ended with a judge upholding the state’s decision to revoke its license.
For owner Shannan Mosley, the closure marks more than the loss of a business location — it’s the disruption of routines for dozens of families and children.
