LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Police are investigating after a person was reportedly struck by a train Thursday morning in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County.
The incident happened at about 3:43 a.m. on the railroad tracks near Horseshoe Road, according to emergency dispatch.
