LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A Webberville woman has pleaded no contest to embezzling funds from the village’s Junior Athletic Association, according to the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office.
Tiffany West, 38, pleaded no contest on May 27 to one charge of embezzlement of more than $20,000 but less $50,000 on May 27. She was initially charged in February of this year with embezzlement in the amount of $50,000 to $100,000.
A no contest plea is not an admission of guilt, but is treated as a guilty plea for sentencing purposes…
