LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – City and state officials are celebrating the start of construction on a new housing development on Lansing’s south side.
With work underway on the Lansing Growth Fund project at Holmes and Pleasant Grove, Mayor Andy Schor and other officials will speak about the development.
