A cluster of severe thunderstorms that marched across Michigan on Thursday afternoon caused widespread damage and left nearly 350,000 homes and businesses without power.
While mid-Michigan saw some damage from the storms, especially around Lansing, the highest number of damage reports were concentrated in Southeast Michigan.
