LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Michigan may get a second look at their prison sentences.
Lawmakers, advocates, and survivors gathered in Lansing Wednesday to discuss a bill that would let courts reconsider cases where abuse played a role in someone’s crime.
