CHARLOTTE, Mich. (News 10) – The Friends of Eaton County Animals held its second annual Woofstock event in downtown Charlotte to raise money for a county animal shelter.
The event featured dog-themed activities, including a pup cup eating contest, a dog costume contest, and a dog kissing booth.
