East Lansing Schools Lockdown Today Deemed to be Caused By Another “Swatting” Call

UPDATE 4:02 p.m.: Shortly after publication, the Ingham County Emergency Alert system sent out a notification confirming the call has been deemed to be swatting and there is no threat to the community. Police have completed a sweep of the area.

East Lansing Public Schools entered a lockdown again on Tuesday afternoon, just days after a false bomb threat caused high school students to be dismissed early on Friday.
