Boxabl Inc. has struck a deal for up to 1,580 newly designed ranch homes with LC Vegas Acquisitions, LLC, a product purchase agreement with a potential value of roughly $233 million. The North Las Vegas-based modular housing company announced the three-year agreement as it looks to translate its recent Nasdaq debut into real-world construction orders.
The deal, first detailed in a release carried by EIN Presswire, is non-binding, meaning LC Vegas Acquisitions is not obligated to purchase any homes. Under the arrangement, Boxabl would handle engineering, design, Nevada state approvals, interior mechanicals, and project management, while LC Vegas Acquisitions takes on site development, permitting, and exterior elements. Boxabl also amended the agreement to offer Class A common stock incentives tied to deposit size, intended to encourage larger orders, with those shares set to be registered for resale.
The ranch homes described in the agreement measure roughly 1,400 square feet, with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms — a notable step up in scale from the compact Casita studio units that built Boxabl’s early reputation. Those Casitas are 361-square-foot units with a full kitchen, bathroom, and utilities, designed to unfold on-site in under an hour. Boxabl also offers a smaller 120-square-foot unit called the Baby Box and, as of August 20, unveiled a server pod concept aimed at modular AI and cloud-computing infrastructure applications.

Boxabl began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker BXBL on July 20, after completing its business combination with FG Merger II Corp., according to a filing described by SEC.gov.
