WINCHESTER, Ky. (WKYT) – A member of the Clark County Public Schools Board of Education was arrested on Tuesday and another is under investigation.
Ashley Ritchie-Rowland was arrested by the Kentucky State Police and booked into the Clark County Detention Center around 11:37 a.m.
She is charged with a count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition between $10,000 and $1 million.
